Open the Reminders window and select Quotes on the left to view a list of all Quotes that have never been neither won nor cancelled. The list can be searched and sorted as needed.
Double-clicking in the Follow-Up Date box opens a window for the user to enter a date to follow up with the customer.
When in the field, technicians often find additional problems and recommend work to the customer. On the work ticket, the tech can type into the Recommendations box any recommended work.
Back in the Reminders window, select Work Tickets with Recommendations on the left of the screen to view a list of all work tickets with recommendations. The list can be searched, sorted, or printed.
Right-click on a work ticket in list for options regarding turning the recommendation into a quote. The user can Add a New Quote, Copy to a New Quote (second screenshot), or Remove From Reminders.
Selecting any of these options drops the work ticket from this Reminders list so the user can track what new quotes still need to be created and sent to customers.
