Complete the Quoted Work Ticket

When a quoted job is won, change the Status to ‘PEND’ or an equivalent (Pending Dispatch) status. The second screenshot below shows the Quote is now a Work Ticket. Notice the Work Ticket Number in the upper-left corner has changed to reflect that the quote is now a work ticket.

The new work ticket now behaves exactly as a normal work ticket does. See the Work Tickets training section for more details.

To create a new purchase order for all the parts on the work ticket, click the Purchase Orders button on the right side of the screen.

The new work ticket is on the Dispatch Board as an unscheduled work ticket, found on the bottom of the screen below. The work ticket can be dragged onto the board and sent to the field for completion.
