The search fields can be customized for your call taking needs. For example, you may ask the caller their name, phone number or zip code if needed.
The customer list automatically begins filtering the list as the user types into the search boxes.
In the second example below, the user is searching for a customer with the name Mike Balak. The user can type ‘Mike’ or ‘Balak’, the list automatically eliminates customers from the list not named ‘Mike’ or ‘Balak’.
