When the technician completes the service call, they close the work ticket by changing the status to Complete and return the ticket to the office. The user can see the service call is complete from the Dispatch Board.
Some companies have technicians complete the invoice and collect payment on site. The invoice and payment record are returned with the finished work ticket.
All that is left is to review and transfer the invoice and payment to accounting. See the Transferring to Accounting training section for details.
