If the technician does not complete the invoice and collect payment in the field, the user can right-click on the finished work ticket and open the invoice. The invoice is also searchable by other employees from the main invoice screen.
The user can add details and adjust the invoice as needed, like Payment Terms, Sales Rep, and Tax Rate. See the Invoice Overview training for more information.
Next the user can add the necessary line items for billing and costing the job, like Labor or Parts. More details about this are available in the Invoice Line Items training section.
Payments can be entered and viewed by clicking the Enter Payment button on the right side of the screen.
The final step in the second screenshot below is to send the new invoice to the QuickService accounting interface. Change the invoice status to Transfer to mark the invoice as ready for transfer to accounting.
