Add and Modify a Quote

To add a new quote, open the Customers window and search for the correct customer on the Quick Search or Search tabs. Find the correct customer, then right-click on the customer and select Add New Quote.

The user could also double-click on the correct customer to open that customer. Select the Work Tickets tab. Then click Add Quote in the top-right of the screen.

Notice the work ticket number below starts with ‘QT’ and the status is ‘QUOTE’.

Enter any necessary info in the upper left section of the window. This includes problem type, skill level, equipment skill level, etc. Some of these fields will fill in default values. Also type in a Problem Description and Site Notes as needed.

Remember to click Save in the lower-right corner after every change.
