Use the buttons on the center-right of the screen to add line items to the quote. The user can add labor hours, parts, equipment, services, and misc items. Each defaults to a price and cost estimate.
Double-click the correct ID box to change the item ID.
Most other fields for individual items (markup, cost, quantity, price, description, etc.) can be modified directly in the boxes.
If the total number of labor hours in the estimate does not match the Estimated Hours used for scheduling the ticket, click the blue Estimated Hours button.
The tax rate for the quote will default to the customer’s rate. To manually adjust the tax rate, click the blue Tax button.
The estimated price of our quote is now $1764.60. If the user wants to override this price, click on the blue Total button. The user can check the Manual Quote Amount Override box and enter a manual price.
The quote in the second screenshot shows a manually set price and a new, ‘Price Adjustment’ line added to the quote.
