Yes! We will integrate all your current and existing data into the new system, so that nothing is lost. We will handle this for you. You will not need to export anything.
What if I have custom reports already built in my current software?
Yes! One of our specialties is customized reporting. We can also convert or rebuild all of your current custom reports as part of our onboarding package.
Yes, we do! We know how important it is for you to keep a stocked warehouse and/or trucks. We have bar code scanning capabilities for real-time inventory tracking.
We do have mobile capabilities for your workers/technicians. If you want your employees on an android tablet or mobile device, we have an application that can be downloaded straight to your device so that you can keep in touch with your employees’ productivity at all times.
If you have apple devices in the field (tablet or mobile device), we have a web application that updates real time for your employees. No matter your current set up, QuickService can fit into the equation.
Does QuickService sync with other accounting programs?
No worries! We sync with sage accounting for batch exporting and GL coding. Just ask us during your demo and we will let you know how we can help.

Yes, with your technicians’ mobile device or tablet, you can keep tabs on your employees at all times for easy dispatch or time tracking. You can even look back at certain routes to ensure your employees’ time is being well spent.
- Absolutely! You can send reminders, review invitation links, or even follow-up text messages to your customers through the system. You also have the capability to text work tickets to your technicians.
- Also, we have a customer web portal that will allow your customers to request appointment times.
Yes! Our software keeps time stamps on all actions that happen with a work ticket. You will have the quick and easy ability to see how long a technician took to perform their work, how long until they submitted their work ticket, etc….

Our payment plans are very flexible. We will always require a minimum down payment to get started on the software but do not require monthly invoices.

What does the process look like for switching to this software?
There is a 4 step process:
- Preparation: 3-4 weeks ; (depending on how many customers/reports you need to migrate from your current system) This is when QuickService tech support will get all your current information including your version, settings, custom reports, add-ons, portals (all remotely)
- Installation: 1-2 weeks ; QuickService Setup on your Server and 1st data migration from current system to QuickService (this will not interfere with your business).
- Review/Training: 2 -3 weeks ; This will be the time to train on QuickService. It will be installed on your Server and PCs but you will still be operating off of your current system. This is your time to play with QS and work out ANY and all issues – to make sure your business is ready to go live. This amount of time can be less if your employees catch on quickly.
- Go Live: This will be the final migration over a weekend. We typically will put down your current sysem on a Friday night or Saturday afternoon, migrate everything into QuickService and go Live on Monday Morning. The development team will be doing this portion and making sure everything is seamless for Monday morning launch. There will be no down time for your business.
