Guy has used Sam Walton’s motto for years “If you aren’t serving a customer, you better be serving someone who is”. This motto has led him to serve as CEO of several successful businesses. He is an entrepreneur at heart and loves that QuickService Software allows other entrepreneurs to live out their dream with less stress. Guy is customer focused with a plethora of service industry specific experience, which is one of the reasons he was drawn to QuickService software. He knows the importance of emerging technology in the service industry. He was an active Vistage member from 2000 – 2013 which has aided his understanding of many different types of businesses. He values Faith, Family and Work (in that order) which helps to drive all his decisions. Guy received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from SIU.
As chief technology officer (CTO), Wei is responsible for all QuickService Software product development and technical support. Wei is a proven technical leader and software expert with more than 25 years of product development experience in field service software, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, GPS, mobile, accounting and other industry-specific applications. Wei founded QuickService Software in 2006. Prior to QuickService Software, Wei held multiple leading software development roles at several technology organizations including two Fortune 500 companies. Wei received a Master of Science degree in computer science from Kennesaw State University.
Chelsea came onto the QuickService software team in 2018 after working for a service company that utilized the software for over 10 years. She saw how much it could help other companies like the one she worked for, and she wanted to be a part of the process. She has 4+ years of project management experience in the service industry and has seen the business process from top to bottom from her 5 + years of operations management experience. Chelsea thrives off of enriching the customer experience and helping a company acquire a smooth day-to-day operation of dispatch. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology.
